I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment we picked up there chevy trailblazer and was not told it was a 4x4 and we put on a car caddy and asked before we arrived and the onwers boyfriend said it would be fine and he undid the cable for the battier to the fuse box not the main cables and it had caught fire during transport and it was due to them being undune he was persentant that he undo it so we paid to have it towed and try to get it fixed and refused for us to take it to are gmc head mechanic and told the dealership we paid to have

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services There were problems with Wiley0207 from the start. The carrier FINALLY picked up my vehicle on Tues. They wanted to leave the car-key in the ingnition so that the car could remain in neutral. We did disconnect the battery as stated. My car was to be delivered on Fri, on Sat we had not heard from the transporters so we called the office - to find out the car had caught on fire on Wed. They were deceptive& blatantly lied to me. The GM dealer states transmission blew up. Nothing with the battery.

we did ask if it could be towed on the caddy driver had not done a suv before on it and they never told us it was a 4x4 so thats were the problem came in with the transmission. we tried to take care of the problem and get it fixed but they refused. and told the dfealer not to tell us anything and we called them and told them about the fire and they said it must be the transmission how would they know that if they said it would be fine? very wishy washy people i think we got scamed
