A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
This cancelation request is being placed due to my lack of communication with this customer and allowing this shipment to fall through the cracks. We had run into mechanical difficulties in addition to my illness of food poisoning, with this said this is still no excuse for leaving this customer hanging. I will use this as an example of what not do and will better my efforts in the future. Please accept my apology. Randel Hooper
