It was an absolute nightmare receiving payment. Our directory listing clearly states that we expect payment at the time of pick-up. Also, we clearly specified that we would be "towing the vehicle with our Freightliner FL60 commercial tow truck" & we always inform the shipper that there is a picture of our truck included in our directory listing. uShip provides shippers with useful information enabling them to make confident choices when acquiring service. How do you avoid illiterate shippers?
