The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was supposed to arrive on Wednesday April 11 or Thursday April 12. Service provider did not arrive either day. Calls were not returned until Friday. Service provider then agreed to pick up at 10:00 PM Friday April 13. Did not arrive as promised. Service provider called at 1:00 am to request pick up at 3:00 am of same morning. Request was denied. Reasons given for delayed arrival was trouble with truck.
