I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
I AM REALLY SORRY I HAVE TO CANCEL THIS SHIPMENT. I HAVE NO EXCUSE THAT CAN JUSTIFY THE SHIPPERS NEEDS, AND MY SERVICE LETTING THEM DOWN. I HAVE HAD A BROTHER IN A SERIOUS ACCIDENT THAT I NEED TO TEND TO. I DO UNDERSTAND THIS STILL DOES NOT JUSTIFY ME LETTING THE SHIPPER DOWN. THE SHIPPER HAS BEEN EVERYTHING THAT I COULD ASK FOR, AS FAR AS WORKING WITH SOMEONE ON THEIR GOODS. THEY SEEM TO BE EXECELLENT AS A PERSON. I HOPE THAT THEY CAN AND WILL UNDERSTAND MY ISSUE.
