Responsible Driving- There are only a couple people besides myself I will trust to haul my own horses. Many people do not haul responsibly. I have seen horse trailers exceeding the speed limit pass me on the road, heard of others driving 75-80MPH, seen fast corners and rough stops. I wonder if these people have any idea? Direct Routes- The longer a horse is in transport the higher the risks of them getting ill. So do not let you horse spend unnecessary time in the trailer on the road picking up other horses, your at the mercy of every other owner with a horse on the trailer.
