The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I worked with Christie who was very nice, however she was not able to find a carrier to pick up our vehicle within the time frame they advertised (9 days). It has now been 18 days and they still don't have a solution.
I would like to request a refund of the funds back to my credit card as we will not be using USHIP in the foreseeable future.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was to pick up within 7 days of booking. It was eventually scheduled for pick-up 13 days after booking. Service provider canceled on agreed-upon pick up date with no call.
