The moving team did a great job. Picked up on time and delivered as agreed. We had a last mintue problem where we had to change the apartment unit we were moving into. They were patient and understanding. I would absolutely recommend and will use them again.

A few weeks after delivery I realized that about a quarter of my boxes were not delivered. When I contacted the couple about this, they were slow to return my email. They did reply that they would look into the matter. I have yet to hear back from them, despite emailing them a second time, as a reminder. They have not filed a claim with their insurance that they claim to have, and now I will have to take further action, in addition to filing my own claim. Uship has been very helpful.

Customer stated that 3-5 boxes of BOOKS were missing over a MONTH after delivery. Contract Clearly stated that all claims are to be made within 7 days of delivery NOT 36 days Later. We did return calls and advised that it was too late for an insurance claim, also this customers items were the only ones on the truck and EVERYTHING we loaded was unloaded. The box count we took at pickup was the same as the box count at delivery. Customer left many things behind at pickup maybe she left her books.

Great service provided by iHaul4Less! Extremely thorough and careful in packing and moving my items from 2 houses in Texas to Georgia. Appreciated their consistent communication. Offered to transport a few more items for minimal charge. Quick, professional service. Everything arrived in perfect shape and they even moved my china cabinet a few times while we were deciding where it should go :) Highly recommend iHaul4Less!

Great service! Kevin and Robert completely packed up my house for me and moved everything across country without breaking a thing (more than I can say for the big name companies I've used in the past). Relocating my wife and 3 small boys from Cali to DC should have been hell but these guys literally did all the heavy lifting (and light packing) for me. I feel like I've gained a great moving company and even greater friends. Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service and professionalism. Despite a miscount of boxes on my mother-n-law behalf, they stuck it out and made it happen within budget. They never got rude, aggravated or bothers by the last minute issues. Although I would have! They did and excellent job and I would use the. Agin and highly recommend this company!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The previous 2 clients who were loaded b4 me overpacked, thereby not leaving enough room for even half of my original shipment. I added a few extra boxes but it didn't matter because only approx 10 of my 20 something would have fit. My meager few extra boxes could have been fedex'd, but not over half of my shipment. It was mutually agreed by both parties to cancel this shipment.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This company has been an inconvenience.They seemed upset that I was asking questions about their CDL number and other questions.They cancelled their 1st bid when I told them I needed time to make sure someone would be at pick up.They put in bid again and I paid right away and they cancelled again. This uship seems to be more inconvenient then anything else. THis is my first time using it and i am not sure i will use it again.

We told customer we would release the CDL # after booking and we answer any questions ever asked of us (review our feedback). We can't just leave open ended bids as we have in several bids at a time and need to ensure that we don't get over booked. You paid directly through uShip and they will give you a refund. We had to cancel this job due to another customer who this job was going along with cancelling on us due to weather in the North. Sometimes things are out of our control, like weather.
