9/26/2007	Shipper	Cancellation	applog (167 )	I did not show up at agreed upon date and time. We had two trucks in the location. Customer wanted to remove tires to bring the item to legal height to put onto a Stepdeck to cut transportation costs. We also had a Lowboy trailer there. We called to ask the customer if they wanted to leave the tires on to save the aggravation. We did not try to add additional charges, we were only trying to provide other options. It was only a question. We were then later told the driver did not show and to just cancel the call. We did as the customer View Listing
