I'm pretty inexperienced with shipping, and she was amazingly good at keeping me informed every step of the way. The item was picked up, packed, and shipped all the way across the country, arriving in perfect condition. I'd be delighted to do business with this company again! He arranged pickup, and arrived at my house exactly when he'd predicted. He even helped unload the equipment, which was above and beyond. Great driver, great service, and he kept me informed at every step. I'd use him again without hesitation.

He kept me informed of his progress, handled a late-night pickup, and delivered a well-packed cargo safely in an amazingly short time. I can't think of a single facet of the job that could have been improved upon. For the record, I may be shipping some expensive items in the coming weeks, and I'll definately be calling Andrew to see if he's available. Bravo, well done!
