After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer yes half is true, and yes there was a big ice storm which made the trip impossible. but on the other hand when i reschedule the pick up i was going to pick the bike on the 12 but!! the dealer was going to be closed that day , then he tells me that he is to busy for a friday pick up and i only could pick up on sat. since all of this was going on i started picking up at the other end to pick a bike from this dealer is like going to the doctor you need an appt time and day.which makes it very difi

Jeff Hyatt was a God sent. He picked up bike from the dealer on the very day promised and dropped it off a day earlier then originally scheduled. Shortly after I booked shipment he called me to assure me that he could handle the job and contacted the dealer to schedule pick-up. My experience with him was great he wrapped my bike as if it was his own and constantly kept me abreast of its location. Jeff walked my bike into my garage because my wife could not. True 10 out of 10 door to door service

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Wheels Unlimited has been a no show on 3 different occasions after promising to show up for pick-up at the motorcycle dealership. The last promised pick-up date was scheduled for 14 February 2009, I made several phone calls (5) to the service provider to ensure that he was in route to pick-up the motorcycle and he made no attempts to return the call to give me his status on his arrival.
