The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Due to no fault of his own, Richard was not able to load the truck due to an unknown mechanical problem with the truck he was picking up for me. He was very professional and communicated what was going on and he went above and beyond what was expected of him to make the shipment happen. I highly recommend his services.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The service provider called 12 hrs before his pickup and said that he had been hit in a truck stop fuel center by another truck. Said his truck was damaged and could not complete pickup. Have tried to communicate with shipper and have been unable to reach after leaving several messages. He indicated he had another truck on the road in San Francisco and would call me back about trying to facilitate pickup.To date have heard nothing from him.
