A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Customer never listed in ad that dog needed to arrive by specific time. I was in area and ready to pick up, but dog would have arrived at 12am. So we discussed scheduling another day. I JUST sent him an email with the next days (this Wed. and next Mon.) that I will be making this trip again. I scheduled the Wed. trip specifically for his dog and will lose money if this match is retracted. We NEVER discussed canceling. As far as I knew, the schedule was being resolved.
