The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The service provider was saposed to be at my house on 5/15/08, they couldn't make it, so they said they would be thier by 7pm the next day...well they failed to show up OR CALL and wouldn't return my calls!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Talked to them this morning and they said they would be there to pick up the dresser. They never called and finally when I call up the pick-up placethey said they waited 2 hours and they never showed up! Never called me about missing the pick-up, going to get the dresser myself!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
service provider did not show up as scheduled and after calling and calling she finally answeared and said there was a death in the family . i totally understand deaths but she could have called or at least answeared any of my calls or messages which she did not totally unhappy with service provider and will not acceppt another bid from her want to cancel and get my deposit refunded thanks

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Service provider did NOT show up twice. The original pickup was supposed to happen Sat/Sun. I didn't receive a call from them until Mon. I let the service provider decide the best time for them to pickup Tue. They picked 9:30am on Tue. It's now Thu. After the initial contact on Mon, I haven't been able to reach them anymore. I've tried calling them over 20 times, left 5 messages, no response. Communication with this service provider is near impossible and would never recommend them.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I been trying to reach the service provider, much time for the day and no answer I had left messages and gutting no respond by them. At this time, and I need to get in touch with them, having problem with the seller to accommodate the time and date for the pickup and no answer from the seller

After numerous calls, left messages. e-mails this person never responded to me!! Now I am left in a predictament to get my cat up North without me being here!! They could have called to cancel or e-mailed. But nothing! NO RESPONSE!! Very poor business people!! WOuld NOT recommend them to anyone!! They dont run a good business and it is horrible that I have to leave my cat with someone she doesnt know because of this.
