I see the service provider has a family dilemma. Cannot contact so shipper unsatisfied and is choosing not to move with provider.

Let me say that I was very impressed in dealing with Shane from the Eboys. This guy rearranged his whole sat. (his only day off) to meet the delivery person picking up my shipment. We talked on the phone for 30 mins. and he couldn't have been a more proffesional guy. His self sacrafice is something you don't see much of anymore and it is greatley appreciated. Also let me say that this was all done for a $20.00 purchased Item. This guys cares about his Bus. Shane you ROCK Dude!!!!!

I was on a strick time factor to pick up the articles. The shipper missed the first day scheduled. When I tried to call her, her mailbox was full so no message could be left. Eventually She did communicate to me that she would pick up the next day and she did. However, the furniture, which are antiques, arrived stratched. She agreed to place a claim for the damage. She was very concerned not to leave the furniture on in the rain. Thk u. Extremely nice person but 100% reliability isnt there

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Pattern: Three times: service provider no-shows; shipper reaches service provider after multiple attempts to call; service provider offers plausible excuse and reschedules for a future date; service provider no-shows again. Shipper no longer has confidence that service provider is going to perform.
