I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
The shipper would not provide sufficient information after being told that their truck broke down when & if they could meet their responsibility. Several phone messages were left with the shipper to return calls with no response. In the end to make my schedule I had to rent a truck to drive my household goods myself.

the shipment arrived fine but the time and days were all messed up. Good communication with the shipper. They told us what had happened and explained why everything was later then we had planned. They were very nice and friendly set of people. If i ever move cross country or far again I would consider using them again.
