The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it The weight and measurement estimates were way off on this spaceball ride. We had a driver attempt to load it three different ways with the pick up location who only had a man up style lift, not an actual fork lift. This machine sits way to low to tow with our trucks, and if tilted to load up ramps, the rear step would drag causing damage. Now it is somehow our fault the item was misrepresented, and we are unable to service it? How about our fee for a missed picked up? Keep Moving Forward

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I waited a month for them to accomodate my shipment and then they cancelled because they said it was too big.

Not too big for us to handle, much larger than originally specified requiring us to make special arrangements for a second trip. The 1rst pick up attempt was well within our time frame given in our bid details. To make a 2nd trip making sure we had the room after we were already booked out with others waiting took a month.
