I did not show up at agreed upon date and time the customer can not give easymove an address... the customer said there is no address for that house... we have to find our house and direction from gps and mapquest... how do you pick up something for some one if you dont know where they live.. customer said it was on a state route... we can go door to door knocking on each door.. there could be over 100 homes on the road.. we explained this to customer and have the emails... we would love to move the pc but dont know where to start at..

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time We had made extensive arrangements for someone to be at the residence where our item was stored. We were given two time periods for pick-up (Thursday 1/17 PM and Friday 1/18 AM). After the service provider failed to show on 1/17, by 8 PM we had tried to contact them via e-mail and telephone, with no response. Our agent had to take a day off work to be available to let the service provider into the residence on 1/18 in the AM. After waiting for several hours, she left. We again attempted to conta
