Hoopes Turf Farming is a trucking/broker company That has been in business since 2001. We operate 30 of our own trucks. We run 7 stepdecks, 1 RGN heavy haul,1 blade trailer, 7 container chassis, 3 flatbeds, and 2 log trucks. Our drivers have twic cards and their passports with them at all times. We load equipment and logs in containers at our facility. Also have loading dock. We have our Pars for going into Canada and our Paps for hailing from Canada to the US (including our ace manifest paperwork).We are a bonded carrier to haul out of Canada to port in the U.S. We have a large 85*120 shop for parting equipment out for loading into containers. We have 3 2 acre yards to help our customers with equipment storage. Also we have forklifts and cranes for loading and unloading. We are the first and only company running liquid natural gas trucks in Pa also just received the governors award for this.

Contracted with Hoopes to transport a JD 4755 from Texas to Michigan. Tractor arrived in Michigan with the roof torn off and damage to the interior (due to weather conditions) because the driver either didn't know it happened or didn't care Even though Hoopes advertise that they have insurance, their insurance refused the claim and we were stuck with a 3200.00 repair bill.

This customer bought this off ebay with our ever seeing it.The driver did not know if the roof was on when he left.When he arrived at the place he unloaded it.Customer signed paperwork and driver left.2 hours later customer calls and said roof was missing.We tried to work it out with the customer,not knowing if the roof was on it when he left.We turned it into our insurance company.The insurance company said if the roof was on the tractor and did blow off it was an act of god.Cargo does notcover

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment hoopestu was unable to find a truck with a trailer that was suitable for the load. The trailer that they were going to send was an aluminum step deck without ramps, and there was no way to safely load the 45,000 lb. excavator onto or off of a trailer without ramps.
