My bike was damaged in shipment because it fell over in the trailer. I understand that the driver no longer works for this outfit. It took a while for me to find all the parts for repairs as this was an old and somewhat hard to find bike, but Rolling Thunder took care of it. In spite of the damage, I WOULD recommend this outfit. This was an unfortunate situation, but this type of thing is bound to happen eventually. They took responsibility and were actually very nice to work with. Thanks!
