A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper continued to make excuses during pre-pickup proceedures. Accepted 50% deposit for trip, then delayed pick-up, preping etc. Deducted de-commissioning expenses (many problems) from deposit, leaving balance due me of $1700.00. No response. Accepted cancellation of shipment by e-mail.

Customer was great in communicating the changed plan,It was to remain in Fl.Beware:This shipper gave someone else a large deposit BEFORE they showed up to load.He is having difficulty getting it back.Other customers need to know who you are dealing with,check them out and I would suggest avoiding up front $$$$.I never require a deposit.The 5% offer is not manditory.
