Homar was contracted to move a piano for me. His window of timing was not factual on either end of the trip. He did not have adequate blankets or tie downs in the trailer and he did not have helpers. We had to scour the neighbor hood to find additional help. This is a side job for Homar and is trying to do good but is over his head. By the way my piano showed up with a scratch along the side. Piano was in perfect condition when it left.

"The scratch was not made during the trip: it was covered and tied up adequately with the blankets and strips (your son in law is witness). The little scratch was made during the delivery while we were putting in the piano into the house thru the main door (is too narrow for a piano!). . .

4tools Global does a great job! He had to coordinate w/myself and the seller of my item for a pick up made "on the fly." While a little late, still did an awesome job given the circumstances. Courteous, consciencious, good communication. Call him today!!
