After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Repeatedly the service provider was hard to contact, was unable to arrange the transport, and refused to call back with status. I first accepted the bid on 1/2/09. Prior to that, I was told the load would normally be handled in 24-48 hours. Was not anble to even contact the providor until 1/8/09. Was told pickup would be Monday 1/12/09. Never happened. Today 1/13/09 I can't get a status update.
