The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the service provider cancelled on me just now. the night before picking up my horse. This sucks. I had my horse all ready to go on both ends. please refund my money as steve will not be able to help me and i must scramble for a new guy. Response from highgoal: The client neglected to provide critical information. About ten days earlier, my truck engine blew and I bought a new vehicle in Ohio. On Friday, Spt. 24th I flew there from NH to get my new truck. When hooking up to the trailer I'd left in Ohio,I discovered the bed to be 2 ft. too long.This prevented the truck from turning as it would hit the front of the trailer. As soon as I discovered this problem I phoned the customer to inform and suggested he call Uship to get his deposit returned.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I misread the bid and thought that the ship date was 7/23 NOT 8/23. This is NOT the fault of the shipper and he was kind enough to bring it to my attention. This is my first time using UShip and I am not familiar with the format. The item I need to have shipped must be shipped far sooner than over a month away.

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward This service provider will not be in business long if he continues to treat prospective clients in this manner. His real reason for cancelling is because he does not have a full load and II am so glad he has cancelled. I had already contacted Uship about how I could cancel. So now we are both happy. Response from highgoal: My real reason for cancelling is the client would not honor the bid contract which she accepted and she became beligerant and insulting which I will not accept.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Steve has had a family emergency come up on Sunday, 3/28 and he will not be able to perform the shipping service for my horse on 3/29. He called to inform me of this and will be sending my money order back.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment shipper had to cancel shipment, could not get another horse on transport to make shipment worth while Response from highgoal: The trip was reschedualed for February 19th and completed. Everything went great and it was a pleasure to work with the Weatherstons.
