Steve and his son did such a wonderful job with my old boy Fizzy. Their rig is top rate. My boy was hauled in style, comfort and safety. Steve rests the horses and they get plenty of hay and water on their journey. Fizz arrived in good condition, nice and relaxed and settled in very quickly. Thanks Steve!

My horse arrived in good condition and was well fed and watered. Steve was in constant contact with me and updated me on any changes during the trip. However, a 5 hour trip somehow turned into a 16 hour overnight shipment. While I can understand that delays happen on a trailer with multiple horses, the length of the trip seemed excessive. I was pleased with the condition of my horse but the excessive and unexplained delay made the trip both worrisome and inconvenient.
Response from highgoal:
If,as the client herself has said, I was in "constant contact"with her and that I "updated" her "on any changes during the trip" how is it that she can say the delay was unexplained? There were 2 unavoidable delays on earlier deliverie which cost 2 hours making it too late to deliver her horse .Thus, we stopped to rest for the evening(yes,drivers do get tired). After resting and caring for her horse for a total of 7 hrs,we searched for 2 hours for the stable,which over 2 days didn't return calls

This was my first time shipping a horse and it couldnt have been easier.Steve did a great job and took good care of our pony. AND it was a great deal.

Great experience! He kept me informed at every step. He called me when he got to the farm, when my horse got on the trailer, mid way through the trip, when he stopped for the night, when he left in the morning, and when he was almost at the knew farm. He offered him water and plenty of hay. my horse looked great once he arrived after his 16 hour journey. couldnt have been more satisfied.

steve was great to work with. i never thought i would be so comfortable with a stranger bringing my boy home. pete arrived in great shape and seemed relaxed and not stressed in the least bit. i would highly recommend steve and if i ever need anything again he will be my first phone call! pete and i thank you for reuniting us!!!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After speaking to the shipper we found that the horse could not be shipped because it needs a current Negative Coggins test which could not be provided in the time frame. Steve is very professional and I would recommend him to any other Horse owners out there. I look forward to using his services in the future.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately the shipper after speaking with the person who currently has the horse made the conclusion that his trailer was too large to drive into the location and turn around. The horse is a Belgian Draft cross and he told me I need to find someone with a wide two horse trailer.
