A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
This was a book it now...last minute...I was in New York City, and was in communication with the pick up point, when I got stuck in traffic on Long Island. The gentleman at the pick up point would not meet us back at the pickup point at 930 pm when we got thru the traffic, after the customer and I both pleaded with him...he was very rude about the whole thing actually to both myself and this Uship customer Heinz. I dont think its fair for me to pay a Book it fee and get a cancellation.Conflict
