Dear Customer, It is our deepest apology that you have experience a misfortune with your shipment. We are investigating into the matter and Im sure you purchased full coverage insurance for your tables and will be compensated 100% if you did so. To our future customers this is a example that sometimes the unexpected can happen. This is why we carry a A-1 insurance to ccover your personal items. We do care here at Iron Horse Expeditors and vow to take care of our customers first.

Thank you for doing a sh*tty job of handling my merchandise and then posting negative feedback for me?? i didn't do anything poorly!! and, what exactly will you be doing to 'investigate' the matter? doesn't seem to include talking to me. haven't received a phone call. look forward to talking to someone about my stolen table and loss of $1700 in sales at the hands of your company. the number again is: 2699210767

3 beautiful pcs of furniture were handed off. 2 pcs were dropped off outside receivers house without signature/acceptance. those pieces are marred and scuffed from mishandling and have since been returned. 3rd piece is MIA. stolen goods report has been filed. TERRIBLE, INCOMPETENT SHIPPER. [phone number removed]
