The Donald made it crystal clear that his bid was complete before I accepted. Upon arrival he demanded an additional $120.00 for tolls, refused to show the receipt's and/or the shipment until I paid the full amount in cash. Communications became nonexistant after I accepted the bid, Donald's cell phone was never set up for messaging. He gave his girlfriend's cell number but she was confused as to his where abouts. I would not use this driver again.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Ted does not have a carrier license or DOT credentials. I don't feel comfortable with just a Florida driver's license, although Ted said, "I just haven't had time to get ... they are expensive," I'll call and get credentials by the time I pick up your load. I stated to Ted that he would need to provide these credentials before he would be allowed to pick up ... Now I'm worried that he will be a no show.
