HersheyBears is HORRIBLE. Phone number does not work, no responses to the many emails I sent, and the only contact from Hersheybears was from USHIP on the pickup day as they tried to “unmatch”. Hersheybears on THE DAY OF THE PICKUP tried to UNMATCH the shipping JOB! I was DEPENDING upon this shipper to get the item on the day HE SAID HE WOULD! Shipper had the one-day to get it out and failed miserably with no communication. Stay Away! DON’T, I repeat DON’T even consider this shipper. Period!

This provider was TERRIBLE with communication. I received a call on Monday to confirm that they received my info and was told I'd be called to confirm the pick up details on Tuesday. By Friday I hadn't heard anything so I emailed the company. I was told they were planning to call me on Saturday....never happened! Don't book with these guys if you need reliability...they shouldn't even be allowed on this site.

This customer has been contacted over and over. The phone number she has listed goes right to voice mail, phone calls and e-mails have been sent. Yes, we told her we would call her today. She was contacted at 1:15 and the message went to voice mail again. She is the the one with the bad communication skills....Good luck with your move Kylin

HersheyBearsMoving did a great job!!!
They picked up the piano on-time and without any problems at the pickup location and then delivered it to me in record time.
They are professional, prompt, and do a great job.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mover.
They are top-notch.
I couldnt be happier.
