Fair pricing.
The crew arrived an hour late without letting us know about the delay. However, they were apologetic, polite, and worked very efficiently to get our 3-bedroom house loaded within 2 hours.
The crew arrived at the destination on-time (despite very bad weather and traffic snarls) and were great about loading our things into the the storage unit for easy access.
Great owner, great crew. Give these guys your business!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
The provider told me he could accomodate my pickup for today April 26 with short notice. I called the shipper on April 25 and told him I was ready for the fax and had to disconnect our fax machine in 30 minutes to return items to my internet-cable provider. The provider told me he would fax it in 30 minutes after he was done completing his payroll. The provider seemed irritated that I was bothering him during his payroll. I waited for one hour with no fax. I returned my items to the cable compan

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Spoke with Henry the day the bid was accepted and all particualars discussed and agreed upon. He assured me the shipment would be picked up on the Tuesday agreed upon and they would also wrap the piano and for me not to worry about it. The piano was to be de Yeah right... Shipping end called me on the delivery date, they had not heard from Shipper. I notified UShip via email twice regarding this delivery. I began calling the and emailing the Shipper to no avail. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
This provider NEVER provided a contract at any time. He called after 9PM minutes after we accepted the bid looking for a $500.00 Deposit we said it would take a day he agreed. The following morning the provider cancelld because he accepted another bid. He had two bid at the same time and with less than 24 hours to get approval from our company to pay he cancelled. He did not cancell for profanity. I highly recommend no count on this company.

Response from henmove2: This is totally untrue he accepted bid called him that evening was told on 7/12 deposit would be payed emailed 2 invoices said did not recieve emailed again at 4pm told me was paying deposit now next day at noon we cancelled the bid he still did not comly with bid and was using profanity with our staff STEVE YOU KNOW THE TRUTH

Anthony and Mike were incredible. They arrived on the day promised and delivered the same way. I have never seen two men work as hard as they did, as well as making putting us at ease with the move. I can't say enough about them. Henmove should be very proud and fortunate to have these two men working for him. I would use Henmove again in the future.

They did a great job! I didn't have to worry about anything, they packed it well, nothing was damaged and they fit all of my stuff in my storage unit. Excellent work, I would use them again if I decide to move again!
