The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time All American Movers was completely unprofessional and unresponsive. They changed the pick-up date several times on short notice. The owner gave us his word that our shipment would be picked after the 3rd reschedule. It was not and they did not communicate with us AT ALL. We couldn't get anyone on the phone and they have not refunded our deposit. We are having to contact thrid parties to get our money back. Very disappointing.

In what was a complicated move from Florida to Colorado of high end household goods, I was very pleased with the service. Our family has made over 8 international and national household effects moves, and this was one of the best in terms of care of furniture and fragile items, responsiveness to special needs, keeping us informed of schedule changes. A small, polite, well organized operation -- better than the "big-boys" and much more economical. A great value. We'll certainly use again. THANKS

Fair pricing. The crew arrived an hour late without letting us know about the delay. However, they were apologetic, polite, and worked very efficiently to get our 3-bedroom house loaded within 2 hours. The crew arrived at the destination on-time (despite very bad weather and traffic snarls) and were great about loading our things into the the storage unit for easy access. Great owner, great crew. Give these guys your business!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The provider told me he could accomodate my pickup for today April 26 with short notice. I called the shipper on April 25 and told him I was ready for the fax and had to disconnect our fax machine in 30 minutes to return items to my internet-cable provider. The provider told me he would fax it in 30 minutes after he was done completing his payroll. The provider seemed irritated that I was bothering him during his payroll. I waited for one hour with no fax. I returned my items to the cable compan
