The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services My brother called to tell me about the conditions of your shipping attempt. My listing was very specific about the conditions that I required. You did not meet them in any way. “Shipper must have enclosed trailer to protect against weather. Shipper will need wheel chalks and very sturdy tie downs. Prefer shipper to have a "Bar Harness" pictured above for front tie down.” I even provided a photograph of the “Bar Harness” that you would need to strap the bike down. Additionally, my instruction

This is crap!! I show up with a trailer (enclosed), straps, and a good mind. The seller would not let me do my job, he drove the bike in/out of the trailer, he wonted to run the show.?. This is not his business, its MINE ! ! The man(?) wonted to drill holes in the floor of my customers trailer, and when I said no to that, the "seller" pulled the bike out, not me. The seller would not let me do my job.!.! I feel the seller owes me $150 for my time spent on "his" decision on this matter.
