I was in an urgent need of a load being hauled in a couple day period, i was getting some bids but not many were staying in the period i needed, as i slept that night tims bid came in, the next morning i called him after excepting his bid before he knew himself and he was 3 states away, he came that day, picked it up strapped it down along with the other artices i needed moved and took off, very positive, nice, genuine fellow. He got the load there the next day like i needed it. Very hard worker

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The buyers needed the seasonal equipment shipped faster than the 23 days it took the shipper to arrange shipping and the drop off date would have been on the 25th day, this was not my intention using this site, or the shipper even pleading with the shipper for a faster date. i accept this cancellation. and i hope i can get the buyers initial money back that was used to lock in this shipper, 30 days for the person on this side is just to long to have to wait for a shipper to make up their mind.
Response from DispatchServices:
Customer did not understand that we had to arrange for the truck to order the permits for overwidth. We advised the driver would arrive 48 hours after bid acceptance but would not be able to move until after the permits were ordered. We called customer to advise of this and customer stated that they already moved the equipment without prior notification to us.
