For: 1995 Toyota Celica

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I was told he would get my shipment within 5 days after accepting my bid. I tried to contact him 5 times to no avail. When he finally called he said he couldnt get to the car and would have to postpone the pickup. I asked him to stay in contact with me as we were in no hurry. That was a week ago and several messages later and still no contact from him.
