I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment Last month my trailer got damaged and put me behind schedule. I informed Bob and we both were trying to find someone to get there faster. This past week after leaving Portland, Or enroute to SC I became quite ill. I went into an ER and wound up in ICU for 4 days and a week total there. I am sorry I didn't have my cell phone with me and couldn't drag my IV out to the parking lot to get it out of my truck.I called Bob after I was released and he had asked for a cancellation. I do apologize, sorry!

Lex and Flagship were great. Teriffic communication with all involved, on time, careful, and well delivered. I would use Lex again and highly recommend him and Flagship.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Jim did not show up end of April as promised. Jim did not timely return calls as promised. Jim did not show up first week of May as promised. Jim has ignored at least five calls in the last five days and has not even had decency to return calls.

I was behind schedule because my trailer had been damaged. I was working with Bob to find another carrier to get it sooner. While on my way to his location I became very ill, I went into an ER and wound up in ICU for 4 days with bronchial pneumonia. Kind of hard to call when your phone is in the truck and I am on oxygen and IV's. I called him as soon as I was released but he had already asked for a cancellation. I guess I should have crawled to the parking lot for my phone, maybe next time!
