I missed judged the size of the shippment and the driver demanded an increase in the compensation by $150. They did not wrap the furniture pieces. When the truck arrived at the new address the broker and the moving company demanded anothe $235. When the items were paloced in the apt. I was told that I had to put the big items together myself and had to almost plead to get them to put the desk unit together before they left which they could only get the lower part together. I am very unhappy!

If the missed judgement was by a couple of hundred pounds, the price would have remained. Yet what was suppose to be 3200-3500 lbs increaded to 8000 lbs. This job was suppose to take at most 4-5 hrs and took 12 hours leaving us to pay the workers an increased amount. We ask that you give advanced notice if you need items dis/re assembled so that the providers can bring the proper tools, this did not happen leaving the providers unprepared to accommodate your request.
