The bike was collected with no damage noted, upon receipt it was seen that the rear fender was broken, the courier agreed that there was no damage on collection and stated on his quote that bike was insured for damage, why then does he not want to be held responsible for the damage caused in transit to the fender, this is unacceptable
Response from trike:
Bike was dropped off with no visiable damage.Was not notifed there was 'supposed' damage for over 24 hours. No damage was noted at time of drop off,owner was also given ample time to inspect bike before signing off on delivery bill that states at signature point 'item was delivered safely and in good condition to satisfaction'. That said this seems to be a case of owner trying to have transporter pay for damages not caused by transporter, but by owner or seller.
