The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
This shipment was originally 2 horses, immediately after accepting the bid, it became only 1 horse. Repeatedly attempted to contact the customer by phone over a 2 week period, but never received an answer or even an answering machine. A second phone number was received via email, that number also did not work. I supplied my number repeatedly, customer has never contacted me back.
