hi our names are lenny and kim bernhart. we own a small towing and recovery business and it is slow. we have a 2007 chevy silverado four door we carry $50,000.00 insurance.we haul campers,boats or your trailer with your items we have three trailers one is a 16 foot double axle that we use for hauling vehicles and small light equipment like(bobcats,small backhoes etc) 16X7 open single axle for hauling riding lawn mowers, all train vehicles(atv) motorcycles,and household items. a 6x12 enclosed single axle used also for hauling household items and other items that are to be out of the weather I (kim) will be sitting at the computer doing most of the emailing and scheduling so i guess I will be the one that you will be talking to the most while he will be doing most of the hauling and loading, and unloading the items unless it has to do with cats,dogs etc.(I would like ride along) we are both animal lovers. we hope to earn your business and thanks for reading Lenny and Kim

Kim was awesome when they arrived to deliver my black Lab I didn't have any cash on hand so she was more than cooperative to take payment from our paypal account instead, thank guys! They were more than cooperative and kept me informed the whole time how things were going, that my dog was doing just fine, and wee they were at in route and when they would be close to arrival. The whole experience was great and they went over backward to work with us even on payment. Thanks again guys!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have not been able to contact the seller after repeated messages being left on 2 separate numbers. Our customer has been waiting for over a month to get his item picked up and we still have not had the item picked up. We can not afford to lose customers business due to lack of communication on scheduling and pick-ups.

First let me say that I really like Lenny. He was cordial, polite, and very professional. He was later than promised on the pick-up date. But I found his explanation quite reasonable, and my shipment was not particularly time sensitive. The process of loading my crate went very smoothly. I would use this shipper again.

Took much longer than expected and messed up my holiday plans, but they always communicated. They said they had some mechanical problems. I understand things happen, they always communicated, so overall i was happy.

I shipped a motorcycle from Georgia to Washington State. Kim the contact for the company is a gem, great communicator, returned calls within a hour and kept me appraised of the shipping progess. When the shipment arrived I met both Kim and her husband Lenny(?)a good natured man and a pro at securing loads. The bike was delivered across the continent without a scratch 5 days after pickup all at seriously affordable rates. No doubt about who gets my next moving contract, thanks hauling123.
