The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We had the pick up scheduled for a specific day. He called the seller and asked that he be at the origin within 15 minutes. Seller could not be there at that time. Seller gave the TSP directions and the TSP never showed up.
Poor professionalism and communication.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period booked shipment on 10/5 and have tried several times to contact service provider with no luck left several voice mails and one email with no response provider didn't have the decency to let me know he didn't intend to haul this load so i could make other arrangements

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I agreed with the provider to ship my item. He was supposedly making the trip within the next few days when I accepted his bid. He must have canceled his trip. There is no response from him after 6 days. His primary contact number is no longer in service. I've left messages on his secondary contact number. Emailed also, no responses. I still would like the service, but cannot do it without any communication.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped i listed this shipment back on 7/6 and booked it on 7/11 with GREAT AMERICAN TRANSPORT (gaatco). they were to pick it up within a week. they were not able to find a shipper that could load the truck. i was in contact with them, and they kept saying they had an other shipper scheduled to pick it up in a day or two. after several attempts to have them pick it up, i told them i would have to re list the shipment and hire a new shipper. i re-listed shipment on 8/12. as of 8/19 they still had not pic

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I had booked this transaction 3 weeks before I needed it. It has been plenty of time to schedule the transportation. I have called and left numerous voicemails. Brion does not return calls or provide a timeframe for when car will be picked up. I have no faith at this point the transaction will be done. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Spoke with service provider 4-5 days ago. He indicated he would pick up car Sunday or Monday 6/12-13 but would be in contact before that time. He was having trouble securing a load from his area to mine.
