Firstly I have to say the motorcyle arrived just as it left no problems at all. The driver was very professional and available when working out a place to pick up the bike. Also the offered price was very excellent and absolutely unbeatable.
However the bike was picked up 1 week after the requested pick up date in the bid. Driver was unable to drop off bike within 20 miles of work location. Resulting in 3 hours of lost work.

Good: no crating or disconnections needed!, great price, well kept during shipping, and overall I was pretty pleased with the responsiveness and ease of the shipping process.
Bad: Straps ripped my grips almost completely off and have to replace them now, dates are not always what is quoted on uship, nor are the payment options correct on uship, please! confirm all of this by phone/email prior to accepting the bid, Delivery/pick-up can be at odd hours. I'd give them a 8.5 on a 1-10 scale.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
no dispute! just found out semi truck is the pick up and delivery vehicle. Niether p-up or delivery locations can accomadate a semi (80 foot) My thanks to haulbikes sorry I wasted their time. I'm glad we talked before doing contract. I've already relisted and found another provider and accepted his bid, pick up will be tomorrow 6/15 Fantastic! Fred

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.

I would highly recommend Daily Direct/Haulbikes. The staff was very courteous and they kept me informed. My bike arrived in eight days and not a scratch on it. I just want to say thanks to Micheal and everyone at Haulbikes.
