A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Shipper had informed during the bid process that they could pick up by or before October 7, 2007. Then later said they would not be able to pickup until after that date. I have a flight scheduled to leave on the 7th. Also, shipper was supposed to call me back, yesterday, to give me a new idea on when pickup can be made but has not done so.

Bike was picked up within two days of purchase, delivered within ten days of purchase. Delivery was made exactly within the window of time communicated by the driver. Bike arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
The carrier had a 500 dollar deductible that was not stated in the acceptance of the bid, Tonya, was polite and good communication,but was unable to modify this contract term.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Very kind and curteous and prompt getting in touch with me. My shipment contained a lot of parts that were not attached to the motorcycle and they were not able to transport them because they might damage other bikes.

U-Ship is the way to go, when it comes to getting a price that doesn't brake you.
I called Daily Direct a number of times and there price increased literally three times within two days. I finnaly gave up and found U-Ship which haulbikes bid for and I paid less then half of what I was quoted from DD. It took about two weeks longer, but for the price you just couldn't beat them. So if your not in a hurry, & want it to arrive in perfect condition, with half the cost I highly recommend haulbikes.
