Your motorcycle will be moved using a specialty shipping system designed and tested to protect against damage and wear. Our drivers provide detailed inspection reports to the shipper and recipient with each move. The Daily Direct team is composed of transportation veterans, who are motorcycle enthusiasts themselves. We understand the concerns you have when shipping your prized possession across the country. Your bike is secured using a specialty shipping system in enclosed trailers which have been designed and tested to protect against damage and wear. Our drivers provide detailed inspection reports to the shipper and receiver with each move. For logistics and security, our trucks are satellite tracked. Motorcycle shipping is our specialty. In fact, it’s all we do.

Customer called our office and received a price that was atleast $300 lower than the pricing listed on quote and we could not come to a resonable understanding in the pricing.

Was given a pick up date by Uhaul of 3/6 order placed 3/3 and the bikes still have not been picked up and its 3/27/08. They estimate a pick up of 4/1 delivery of 4/14. very poor service on their part and billed full amount on 3/3 to my credit card. Would not recommend using Uhaul Bikes in Milwaukee. Very dissatisfied with their service. Considering cancelling order and using a new carrier.

I understand your frustration and would like to take a moment to apologize. However there are some things here that have to be made clear. HAULBIKES didnt run your credit card or take any payment from you on 3/3/2008. I received a notice from U-Ship on the morning of 3/5/2008 and sent out a contract. Our office received the completed contract back on 3/5/2008 in the early afternoon and at the time the contract was confirmed by both parties then credit ran. Uship gave you an automatic shipdate.

Cant say anything positive: delivery time about 3 month, charge me $100 more than bid price, of course they have a lot of excuses .I do not recommend. Stay away!

We did everything in our power to get the bike picked up. Pick up location would not answer the phone or return a call for 3 days. Customer was charged for the attempt which in listed in our contract. Customer was also very rude at several conversations he had with our company. Customer should blame the customer he bought the bike from not us.
