Good service and communication. The driver (Don from Louisiana)made me feel comfortable watching my motorcycle being hauled away. Don was very friendly, professional and timely. He also followed tricky directions to the tee for pick up. Company picked up and delivered as quoted. They said 3 weeks until delivery after pick up and it was exactly 3 weeks.

Great Hauling Service, have used many and this by far was most impresive, stayed in contact with Driver and Delivered when promised. I would recommend highly for any Delivery service. Thanks again for the great Service.

Took along time but I was not in a hurry and it didnt help my brother decided to take a weeks vacation right when I schedule the pickup..!
Overall very professional outfit and I have no complaints. Delivery driver was a pro, impressive truck/trailer , no damage..

36 days for delivery is totally unacceptable! I had to call them daily to find out status of my shipment. Always an excuse why shipment had not been pickup. Several times they promised to return my calls and didn't. I do not recommend this member and will NEVER use them again.

Received contract from cust on 11/6 attempted to pick up on 11/11 no call back from pick up location or customer had to reschedule. Not fair to blame us for the pick up location not calling back the driver or the office in reguards to scheduling pick up.

Order was placed 11/28 & I was told via email I would know by 12/3 when the bike would be picked up. I emailed Haul Bikes on 12/3&12/4 & got no response. I called on 12/4 & was told my pick up date had not been set & that they had up to 21 days to deliver. But while on the phone I was told that my bike would go from OH to WI then to CA & from WI to CA could take 21 days. I cancelled the order & was charged $100 because it wasn't w/in 24hrs. Had they told me w/in 24hrs I would have cancelled then

Received contract from cust on 11/29 per info on bid let cust know the I would have a driver in the area in a week or so and delivery would be 14-21 days from the time of pick up. cust called to cancel order from us within 5 days of having order. Cust had all information before signing and sending in completed contract.

I am very pleased with my experience with Haul Bikes! The people were very helpful and courteous.I would not hesitate to use them again. The driver was great and the bike was delivered in good shape. I recommend them to anyone needing a bike shipped. Thanks U Ship for hooking me up!
