Shipment delivered in acceptable condition (same at it was when placed on the truck).Driver was professional and communicated to me directly. He even rolled it into my garage for me.

Shipper did an excellent job! Motorcycle was delivered a day early, even with poor weather conditions. Communication was very good, driver was friendly and helpfull.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
Provider policy and contract makes this bid unacceptable for me. I was not aware of contract regulations , additional fees for the insurance, not estimated pick up dates, additional fees for almost everything. Provider should inform the shipper before requsting bid. Provider wants to make sign agreement excluding them from any resposibility and desputing charges from the shipper. Requires open credit card authorization not limited to the transport amount.
In that case i would have to cancel my
