Did A great job very professional worked very well with me as far as Dates and Times and Changing off load and on load marinas. Phil and his company did a wonderful job in delivering my 30' sailboat from Massachusetts to Minnesota. I appreciated that Phil kept me consistently in the loop on things. The move was somewhat complex in that the pick-up site marina did not have a lift. A 3rd party was involved to move the boat to lift. Phil did a great job in coordinating the logistics with this 3rd party provider. He also picked up the storage costs, since the pick-up was a few days later then originally planned. Great!

Phil is a pleasure to deal with, accommodating small changes and working cheerfully to overcome minor snags (like the hurricane that delayed the driver!). Sailboat was delivered in great shape. Very fair price- would definitely call on him again for a similar move.

It was a pleasure to work with Phil. Unlike other transportation companies, Phil understand that a customer who pays thousands for a service deserves basic respect and he behaved like a real gentleman. He must have told me "Thank you for your business" about 10 times, which made me confident. My only (small) complain is they should estimate ETA less optimistically. I thought the ETA he quoted me was overoptimistic for such a distance and, indeed, they were a few hours late, but that's a detail.

Phil was great to deal with but there were issues with the particular driver so the delivery which was supposed to take 2 days took a week. On the positive side the boat arrived in good condition and Phil took action to compensate for the driver problems. I would use Phil again so long as I did not get the same driver. Thanks Phil for your efforts in ensuring the boat made it safe and sound.

After conceding $500.00 to the shipper for a late, safe delivery of a large sailboat, 1300 miles(three day trip), I hardly think a neutral rating deserves comment......

Very pleasant experience. The driver Jose was great - he went above and beyond what I expected. The boat arrived in the same condition it was in when picked up. Only one mishap - but taking care of it. Will defintely use them again when I need something hauled.

The boat was significantly damaged during the loading of the shipment, as a result of the trailer not being properly equipped for this particular boat. Phil took full responsibility for the situation and did everything in his power to make things right. His insurance was easy to work with and took care of all expenses. The boat was delivered promptly after the settlement was cleared. It's unfortunate that it happened, but I believe this was a rare situation and likely not to be repeated.
