The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Nothing but broken promises out of this company. Pickup was to be within 10 days of booking. Nearly a month has passed. The company represents themselves as a "worldwide" auto transport company but they cannot move a car from Kansas to Texas in a month's time? They state that "communication is very important to us." Nothing is further from the truth. They strung me out for weeks promising to get this move completed. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Service Provider agreed to the shipment and after several days I called them again and they informed that they were not able to the shipment. We would appreciated advanced notice.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time First pick up 8/11, cancelled, trailer problems. Second pick up 8/18, cancelled, issue with drivers equipment. third pick up 8/20, cancelled, issue with drivers equipment. Have talked and emailed Brian and Hope at Hatcreek expressing our desire to cancel our agreement. They understood and are looking into the proper procedures as am I. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I contacted the service provider on Thursday August 9, 2011. No one was available to discuss my shipment. I called back the following morning and they were very vague about the details of my shipment but promissed to stay in contact daily. I did not hear back from them at all. After waiting 5 days I contacted them again and was told they still did not have a driver to pick up my vehicles and did not know when they would have one. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper has not been able to pick up my Car for over a month now.
I have been given several excuses as to why they are not able to complete this shipment.
They were all ready to do this in the begininng and then the person that was handling this went on vacation, then they were not comunicating for over 2 weeks, then they suppose had 3-4 drivers that were possibly going to pick up the car, then they had a driver to pick it up but they canceled on the pick up at the last miniute, then the p

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipping company miss bid, and could not follow through with my shipment. After communicating with the company, which they were wonderful in communicating, we decided that it would be best if I try to utilize another company.

The Dealer I bought the truck from has made arrangements for the shipping.
