I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This company has been a HUGE inconvenience to me. Not only did they waste my time, they wasted a friend of mine time. They did not show up to pick up my sofa after confirming 3 times they would be there! When they canceled they didn't even have enough to class to call me, they text me and offered to do it the next day for free. Of course I won't waste my time because they probably won't show up again. I wouldn't use this company and I highly reccomened you don't either. They are liars!

Shipper gave a good rate on shipping my trike. Understand he had problems with the transporter, but made the delivery (few hours off schedule). I would recommend his services to my friends. Good communication between driver, pickup seller, and person being delivered too.

Maria was fantastic with communication. Really nice and professional team taking care of deliveries. Mark was very helpful unloading and parking the motorcycle while I was away. They are extremely nice people and represent USHIP very well. I would definitely recommend them to my friends or family. A1 service!

Had a few setbacks from the weather and truck breakdowns after picking up our shipment. The item was eventually delivered 20 days after our agreed upon delivery date.
