Tonya & Bart failed to communicate in a timely manner regarding personal health issues that prevented them from completing the shipment...I had to track them down. They required 50% deposit and has yet to refund that amount that I paid a month ago. Very disappointing.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I was in contact with Tonya once and after that I have tried to contact them via phone and email without success. I am very disappointed because she seemed so positive about the transaction and there are limited resources available to me to get my bird where he needs to go.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Provider did not pick up my shipment on the agreed date. I cannot get in touch with them now and have been trying since 11/27/07.

pickup was originally scheduled for 11/28 but shipper was no where near then when contacted, but said they could pickup in 3-4 days ie Sat or Sun
Have not seen or heard from shipper since. does not answer phone calls and much of the time the answering machine does not even pick up

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Truck broke down (sh*t happens)but did not call did not email and was not easy to reach by Phone. Found out about the truck the day it was going to be picked up. Bad luck all around.
