I am new USHIP Transportation Service Provider but not new to the transportation industry. The aviation industry was my primary focus for over 38 years; 21 yrs as a USAF fighter pilot flying the F-4 Phantom and 17 yrs as a commercial pilot for TWA and American Airlines. Since 2002, I have been running my own business assisting landowners with wildlife habitat improvement projects. Part of that job involves moving heavy equipment to job sites in NC and VA and operating that equipment in the field. As a retired fighter pilot and airline Captain, I know what it means to the customer to deliver the payload or the passengers ON TIME. The airlines live by the DOT mandated DEPARTURE and ARRIVAL TIME and the pilot is the guy who makes it happen. Of course, SAFETY is the key concept in aviation operations and I have NEVER been involved in an accident with an aircraft or a vehicle or even had a speeding ticket. The BOTTOM LINE is: I can get your shipment to the destination SAFELY and ON TIME.
