this is broker ..not necessarily the shipper in person that will be moving your vehicle ...I thought I was hiring the shipper , that being said I was lead into a half dozen last minute phone calls from the company they subbed out to move my truck , I ended up having to drive the truck last minute in a snow storm to accommodate the driver, in order for pick up , the driver was un-able to figure out exit 137 off of Interstate I-80 ??? a major US east west artery. the communication was so/so>,

customer dificult to make happy.. tryed to resolve, customer did not comunicate problem until after delivery was completed.. did what we could.

No issues whatsoever. Truck showed up on time, got loaded with no problems, & delivered the next morning (from NJ to VA). These guys know what they are doing! Thanks John!

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The bid was accepted over 30 days ago. When ever i talked to them a truck is on its way to pick up forklift this is happen every week.I want the cancellation NOW? I told them today I was doing the cancellation today.

pickup location was supose to have a dock and was bid to pick up with a standard flat bed. and it did not. we tried to accomidate but were unable to.
